SMS Terms

Program: rgrid IVR text messages, sent on behalf of the business you called.

How you opt in: when you call a business that uses rgrid and press a menu key offering a text (for example, "Press 1 to receive a text with a link to order online"), you request one text message at the number you are calling from.

Frequency: one message per request. No recurring messages.

Cost: message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.

Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
