Relaygrid LLC ("rgrid", "we", "us") provides phone menu (IVR), call routing, voicemail and text messaging services to businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
- Call information: the phone number you call from, the number you called, the date, time and length of the call, and the menu options you select.
- Voicemail: recordings of voicemail messages you choose to leave.
- Text messages: the phone number a text is sent to, the content of the message, and delivery status.
- Business customer information: for businesses that use rgrid, account contact details, business information and billing information.
- Website information: standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
How we use information
- To deliver the services you request, such as sending the text you asked for by pressing a menu key, routing your call, or delivering your voicemail to the business you called.
- To operate, maintain, secure and improve our services.
- To provide customer support and respond to requests.
- To comply with legal obligations.
SMS / Mobile Information
When you call a business that uses rgrid and press a menu key to request information by text, we send that message to the phone number you called from. These are one-time messages sent at your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and telecommunications carriers, is permitted. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only:
- with the business you called, which is our customer and on whose behalf we provide the service;
- with service providers who help us operate the services (for example, telecommunications carriers, hosting and email providers), only as needed to provide the services;
- when required by law or to protect the rights, safety and security of rgrid, our customers or others.
Data retention
We keep call records, voicemails and message records for as long as needed to provide the services to the business you called, or as required by law, and then delete or de-identify them.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Health information
Some of our business customers are healthcare providers. Where we process protected health information on their behalf, we do so as their service provider and in line with our agreements with them.
Your choices
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out.
- Questions or requests: to ask about, access or delete your information, contact us below.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date.
